Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between Behavior Change Coaching and Macro Coaching?

Macro Coaching focuses on the nutritional side of things—tracking protein, carbs, and fat to align your diet with your goals. If you’re new to nutrition or often struggle with consistency, starting with Behavior Change Coaching can help build the foundation you need to make any nutrition strategy sustainable.

Behavior Change Coaching focuses on the internal tools: mindset, habits, self-regulation, and practical behavior skills. Instead of forcing yourself to stick to a plan, we build the capacity that makes sticking to it easier.

Success isn’t about having the “best” plan—it comes from having a plan you can follow consistently.

What types of behaviors do you work with?

I help clients work through a wide range of challenges, including:

  • Nutritional consistency

  • Time and energy management

  • Mindset issues like frustration, fear of failure, or negative self-talk

  • Exercise resistance or gym avoidance

  • Procrastination and productivity struggles

I currently provide Behavior Change Coaching exclusively through the Body Brain Alliance coaching program, as an independent professional collaborating with their structured platform.

Where do your clients live?

I work with clients around the world, across multiple time zones.

Which languages do you work in?

I offer coaching in both English and Spanish.

Do you create meal plans?

No. I don’t provide meal plans. Instead, I help clients build sustainable skills—so they can make informed food choices that match their life, body, and context. That includes adjusting based on culture, schedule, preferences, and emotional needs.

What is the minimum term for coaching?

Coaching begins with a minimum 12-week commitment, with the option to renew monthly. I also offer discounted 3- and 6-month bundles.
