About
Hi, I’m Jimena (Jime), a bilingual Behavior Change Coach & Nutrition Coach.
For the past 13 years, I’ve helped people rebuild their relationship with food, movement, and themselves, not through extremes, but through structure, strategy, and a lot of real-life practicality.
I was born and raised in Argentina, and spent years studying English and translation focused on medicine, nutrition, and fitness.
My career took a turn when my own health challenges pushed me to look deeper to understand what it really takes to change habits, fuel well, and sustain results long term.
In 2013, CrossFit completely changed my life. I went from being a lifelong dieter who “wasn’t into fitness” to an athlete who genuinely loved training. That experience shaped everything about how I coach today: realistic, science-backed, and personal.
Over the years, I’ve coached hundreds of clients: from busy professionals learning to take care of their bodies, to recreational and competitive athletes chasing performance goals in sports such as CrossFit, triathlon, lacrosse, swimming, equestrian sports, and endurance sports.
My approach combines nutrition science with behavior and habit strategy, allowing me to offer support that goes far beyond a meal plan. I help clients understand not just what to do, but why it’s been hard to do it.
My work blends nutrition strategy, behavior awareness, and sustainable systems that make progress feel doable, not draining.
If you’re tired of starting over or trying to “get back on track”, I can help you build something better, a process that actually fits your life and that you can sustain.
