  • You have tracked macros before
  • You need your macros adjusted to a different phase of your life, nutrition and fitness (postpartum changed your training load, changed your schedule, have different body composition goals, your training and performance goals have recently changed).
  • You are looking for food diary analysis, biofeedback and macro analysis and adjustments.

 

 

 THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

  • You find it very hard to adhere to certain habits or to a sound nutrition plan (going to the gym, drinking enough water, eating enough protein, etc).**
  • You are looking to get a meal plan
  • You are are looking for more in depth check ins where your coach can also work on your mindset**
  • ** Pssst, if this is you, check out the section “Behavior Change Coaching”, which is likely more suitable so you can set some solid foundations first!

**** IF YOU ARE NEW TO NUTRITION COACHING AND FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE “TRIED EVERYTHING” BUT “CAN’T STICK TO ANYTHING”, CONSIDER STARTING WITH BEHAVIOR CHANGE COACHING AND THEN ADDING WEEKLY MACRO COACHING.
