This program is perfect for individuals with some experience working on their nutrition who are looking for support with less accountability. 3 Month Minimum Commitment

ONE TIME MACRO CONSULTATION CALL
Macro calculation and/or adjustments without a monthly commitment.
1 hr consultation on Zoom + macros.
You will receive a questionnaire before our call, that we will go over and discuss during the call. We will then assign a set of macros, how to self-monitor & knowing when it’s time to make adjustments.
You will be receiving your macros, a guide to track macros with tips and tricks, and personalized pre/post workout recommendations.
This option does not include follow-up, ongoing coaching or Behavior Change Coaching/Habit Coaching
- 1 hr Zoom consultation + macros $200 USD
- Email questionnaire and macro adjustments (following up a consultation call and after 4-6 weks of adherence) $80 USD
